Redemption Instructions

The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) The disembarkation time is the time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change the pickup time.

Pickup Information

Dover Cruise Terminals or Hotel in Dover Cruise terminal pickup: When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will be standing displaying a name board with your name at the specified pickup time. Pickup time needs to be confirmed Minimum 5 days prior to the travel date. The ships generally will come into the port at 5.AM and the first passengers come off the ship around 6.AM. Please note that the cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship therefore if you wish to come off the ship by 8 AM, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8AM. If you wish to change the pick-up time please let us know, We require a minimum of 24-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule.
