Itinerary
1. Note : Pick up Calgary, Canmore, Banff Your adventure begins as our professional guide warmly welcomes you at meeting points. With a friendly smile and a wealth of local knowledge, they’ll ensure you feel at ease from the very start. (Boarding in Calgary: approx. 1.5 hours to Banff; Boarding in Canmore: approx. 20 minutes to Banff.)
2. Marble Canyon, light hiking to fully appreciate the canyon's peculiar terrain and waterfall landscape. Marble Canyon has seven bridges to hike, walking in a zigzag pattern over the deep limestone canyon and the meandering creek below. The canyon is where Torkham Creek joins the Vermilion River, where fossilized Cambrian soft-bodied organisms from millions of years ago have been found, and is quite magnificent. A narrow path over the creek leads to a bridge overlooking the canyon below, with frozen waterfalls cascading down from above on the right, a breathtaking landscape and cool pools of impressive water. 3. Yoho National Park joins British Columbia and Alberta, and takes the beauty, magnificence, and sheer grief of the country. Yoho’s name originates from the Cree expression of amazement or awe, perfectly depicting the park’s fascinating landscape of majestic mountains and ice fields. Yoho National Park is famous for its Burgess Shale archaeological site. This archaeological site has exceptionally preserved fossils that are 508 million years old!
4. Emerald Lake, with its charming wooden bridge and serene turquoise waters, is a picture-perfect destination waiting to be captured. Surrounded by lush forests and towering peaks, this hidden gem offers a peaceful escape into nature.
5. Stop at the Natural Bridge along the way and admire the Kicking Horse River as it carves a path through ancient rock. You can view the incredible natural formation from different perspectives at vantage points with interpretive displays that tell you about interesting facts about Natural Bridge. This beautiful scenery is enhanced with the scenic mountains and lush forests in the background.
6. Lunch Stop at Lake Louise Village. There are convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants for you to choose from for lunch.
7. At the breathtaking Lake Louise, you'll have plenty of time to soak in the beauty of this iconic Canadian gem. Whether you choose to take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, capture stunning photos of the turquoise waters, or simply relax and admire the majestic mountain backdrop, this is your moment to fully enjoy the serenity of nature.
8. Moraine Lake feels like stepping into a dream, with its vivid turquoise waters cradled by the towering peaks of the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Wander up the Rockpile for that iconic view, or linger lakeside and let the scenery sink in—this is one place that truly looks unreal, yet is right in front of you. 9. As the day winds down, return comfortably to Banff, Canmore, or Calgary for drop-off.
