For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Your private transfer service, provided by PROFI DRIVER • Hotel or address pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting at your address. • If you do not show up within 15 minutes and have not notified us, the transfer will be marked as No Show and fully charged. • Changes made within 24 hours are treated as new bookings and may incur charges. Extra stops or delays also require additional fees. • Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Please contact us if you have extra luggage. • Exceptional situations (strikes, extreme weather, etc.) may cause delays or last-minute cancellations. • If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call the number on your voucher. • For any questions, we are always happy to assist.
