Redemption Instructions

Your driver will be waiting outside your Paris hotel/accommodation at the start time. Please remember to provide us with an address for your desired pick-up location.

Pickup Information

Make sure to communicate your pick-up/drop-off address with us after booking. If you require wheelchair accessibility or are carrying oversized baggage, please let us know before you arrive so that we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.
