For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• This tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund. • It is client's responsibility to arrive at the correct departure point at the correct time. We decline any responsibility should you miss a tour or incur any extra expenses your delay or no-show may cause to you. No refund is due for failure to show up on time for the tour or other service provided by us. • This experience requires a minimum number of 4 travellers. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • This is not a private tour. This tour will have a maximum of 8 travelers. • Don't forget to bring towels, swimsuit, sun screen, a sun hat, and your camera.

Pickup Information

Pick-up is available only for hotels in Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agnello, Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento and Meta. In case of hotels located in limited traffic areas, we will pick you up from a close meeting point. THE BOAT TOUR STARTS AT 9:00AM BUT THE HOTEL PICK-UP IS AROUND 8:00AM. Please insert the name of your hotel/accommodation when booking and we will contact you for the exact meeting point and time.
