Redemption Instructions

This is a direct entry experience. No ticket booth required. Please present your booking confirmation to the safari guide at pickup or upon arrival to redeem your experience.

Pickup Information

Complimentary pickup and drop-off services are provided from hotels and residences located in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. The exact pickup time will be communicated to guests after booking confirmation, typically between 1 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time. Guests are kindly requested to be ready at their hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please note that pickup timings may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and guest location
