Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
Check-in must be done at the office 30 minutes before departure. Come prepared with sunscreen, swimsuit, towel and/or jacket. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please let us know if you are pregnant, in a wheelchair and/ or have reduced mobility. Dolphins are wild animals, which is why XRide does not guarantee their observation. Stopping to swim depends on sea conditions and/or people with symptoms of seasickness. Entry to the caves depends on maritime conditions regulated by the port authorities. As the entry to the caves is regulated by the port authorities, if the caves are closed there will be no refunds. Non-attendance/ no-shows will be charged in full. Customers will receive a full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour. Customers will receive a full refund in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before the tour. XRide reserves the right to change the time and/or vessel of the experience without prior notice.
