Please present voucher/e-ticket to any team member upon arrival to our meet location just outside the port main gates. Please print/download map and meet instructions information provided through the Viator/TripAdvisor system. The ship staff RARELY announces when the ship is clear to depart so please be ready to leave the ship at the gangway when the ship arrives into port. MEET TIME: 30-MINUTES AFTER YOUR SHIP’S ACTUAL ARRIVAL – WHEN THE GANGWAY IS IN PLACE TOUR DEPARTURE TIME: 45-MINUTES AFTER YOUR SHIP’S ACTUAL ARRIVAL – WHEN THE GANGWAY IS IN PLACE. IF THERE IS AN UPDATE TO YOUR EXCURSION DEPARTURE TIME - WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA THE VIATOR SYSTEM If your ship is early, late or changes call days – the instructions and departure time remain the same.
