For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
You may find us in John's Pass Village, halfway down the boardwalk, just below the docks. Look for our DOLPHIN QUEST sign. Make sure to check in AT LEAST 1 HOUR prior to receive your boarding pass. There is public metered parking throughout John's Pass. Allow EXTRA time for parking.
Redemption Instructions
Check in at the gift shop (look for pirates) to receive your boarding pass. We recommend arriving AT LEAST 1 HOUR EARLY. John's Pass is a bustling tourist destination with heavy traffic, bridges and crosswalks along the way. Map your route the day before and allow enough time to park your car. GROUPON CUSTOMERS - If you have purchased this cruise through Groupon, please note that this is an ACTUAL booking and not a voucher for future use. The date you select is the date of your cruise. We cannot hold the boat for late arrivals. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no shows. You may rebook your cruise for a $10 per person fee. Please review the cancellation policy and contact us with any questions.
