Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive at the Funchal marina 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. All guests must check in with our friendly staff at our kiosk for a boarding pass. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves on time. If you miss the boat, you will be not be issued a refund.
Redemption Instructions
Look for the Magic Dolphin office in Funchal Marina. In the Marina you will find other operators, bars and restaurants, however make sure you find the correct office with Magic Dolphin advertising outside (boards and flag). Feel free to walk in and say hi! We will verify your electronic ticket and provide you with a boarding card. Then, one of our employees will personally escort you to the boat alongside the rest of the group. Check-in will close 15 minutes prior to departure, so please allow enough time to make it down to the ticket office. Arrivals after check-in closes may be refused with no refund option.
