Contact the local tour operator via WhatsApp immediately for the exact location. It is mandatory that you contact the operator for the exact location. Do not attempt to proceed to any location without confirming your meeting point with the operator.  A valid ID required by all passengers ( Passport or Local EID ) be presented upon request of the tour operator All passengers must carry their local ID or original passport to comply with the UAE Maritime Law It is imperative to reach out to the tour operator prior to the scheduled travel date to verify the precise location map. Instances of delayed arrival at the designated boat location resulting in failure to meet the specified time will not be accommodated and shall be regarded as a no-show. Neither extensions nor rescheduling will be facilitated in such cases. Strict departure times. Arrival Time: To make the most of your yachting experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time for check-in procedures, as any delays will impact your experience. Late arrivals: Please note that your tour needs to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterward. Once you miss your tour, it will be considered a ‘’No Show’’ and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with the Terms and Conditions. Rescheduling will only be permitted if:  A reschedule is requested 72 hours before the tour time of the activity, subject to availability.  Weather conditions prevent the activities from operating, as per management's absolute discretion.  Other operational reasons preventing the activities from operating, as per management's absolute discretion.
