If your hotel is not listed, let us know which hotel you are staying in so that a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time for your pick-up. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has a single schedule, for Cancun hotels between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and for the hotels of the Riviera Maya from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Hours vary by hotel, our representative will indicate the exact time by mail or text message.
