Travelers can drive to the last pickup location which is Bayside Marketplace and leave the car parked to get on the transportation there if desired • Please call or email 48 hours prior to reconfirm details • Present the voucher to the representative • No show is nonrefundable

Gray Line Miami provides bus pickup service from selected hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the nearest available option. Hotel pickups occur between 8.30am to 10.00am, with each location assigned a specific pickup time. Important: Passengers must wait outside the hotel at the main entrance for pickup.
