Redemption Instructions

This ticket is necessary to access all the parks and enjoy their natural and cultural heritage. Don't forget to get it before your visit!"

Pickup Information

Pickup point : Pickup will be at your accommodation in Hanga Roa. If you are staying out of town, please contact us to arrange a location nearby. Pickup time: Pickup time will be between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Please make sure you are ready at your pickup location 10 minutes in advance. Transportation : You will travel in a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. All vehicles are licensed and have trained local guides. Special considerations: If you have any food restrictions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to inform us in advance in order to offer you the best experience.
