Pickup Information

Airport Pick-Up Instructions Welcome! Please follow these steps to meet your driver after you arrive: 1. Switch on your phone and connect to the airport’s WiFi network. 2. Collect your luggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. 3. Make your way to the Pick-Up Zone by following these directions: • From the Arrivals Hall, walk down the corridor and exit the hall. • Turn right and walk towards the “Edinburgh” sign. • At the sign, turn left and continue towards the Exit. • Follow the signs for the “Pick-Up Zone” by turning right (you’ll see a multistorey car park). • Cross the zebra lines to reach the designated pick-up area. 4. Your driver will send you a message when your flight has landed. 5. Please text to the driver when you are on your way to the Pick-Up Zone. Once your message is received, the driver will proceed to Lane 3 to meet you there. Safe travels — we look forward to welcoming you!
