For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• We need to be in contact with the guest before the excursion to set meeting time and pick up location, food option, request of equipment and any other special request. • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. You need to communicate your accommodation address in order to be able to give you an appropriate meeting point with our guide. • Minimum age is 18 years to travel alone.

We guarantee a pick up at an agreed meeting point, according to the customer's accommodation.
