For this tour we have meeting points in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, people who are in hotels where we do not provide pick-ups (dowtown hotels and Airbnb´s). Please, in case you will go to a meeting point, confirm the location, since you cannot arrive on your own and board the transportation without warning and without having the Boarding Pass that the tour operator will send you.

The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 03:30 pm, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.
