• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler

Pickup Information

According to your flight time, our airport representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal building, holding your name card on a Trekking Planner airport board. Once he receives you, he will direct you to our tourist vehicle, which will bring you to the hotel.

The price mentioned is applicable and valid specifically for a single (1) person even though it may be booked for two people. Also it depends on the factors such as the size of the existing group, your chosen departure date or for a shared accommodation if any. For which you have to pay a single surcharge of USD 150 once you arrive in Nepal. The moment you book with us we instantly get back to you and inform you if we have an existing group or not for that particular date of your booked schedule. However be informed that a single surcharge is applied or levied if you want a solo departure and not join any of the groups that we have.
