Redemption Instructions

Bring ID or Passport of all participants (we will accept also photos on your phone) Required Minimum age 12 years old and maximum age 70 years old to ride an e-bike. Children between 0 and 6 years old and weight until 22 kg can participate at the tour using the baby bicycle seat if a Parent is driving an e-Bike. 30 minutes Camel Tour is included in this Tour. During the Camel Tour Baby (0-3 years) must be sit on their Parents Laps. Minors must be accompanied in the Tour by paying a Parent Adult over 100 Kg are not allowed. Maximum weight on e-Bike = total 100 Kg ( driver + passenger) Adult Maximum weight on Camel = total 100 Kg per person. Wear closing shoes ( no Sandasl or Flip Flop) and required Sportswear. Bring a jacket only in Winter season. Required to know how to ride an electric bicycle and have a good balance. The e-bike tour is 1 hour and the camel ride is 30 minutes through the maspalomas sand dunes. E-Bike do not take place on off-road routes or on the sand. Solo traveler will be accepted only when the tour will reach the minimum number required of participants of 2 people. The reservation will be cancel.
