Being a food and culture journalist for years, I’ve long fallen in love with the unique characters of the New Territories in Hong Kong. I can’t wait to share all my knowledge and passion with you - and what’s more fun than exploring these interesting areas with bikes! This will be a true local experience for you, to discover some of the very different sides of Hong Kong, immerse in the unique landscape and local culture, hear history told by a passionate story teller, and more importantly - taste the best of authentic food!
