Redemption Instructions

Please note that this is not the final ticket. We will send you your ticket to access the site via email or WhatsApp. The ticket is only valid on the selected date. Carefully read the redemption instructions: to access the Chapultepec Castle Museum you must go to the Customer Service module, which is located next to the museum ticket office. Here, you must show your ticket, printed or on your cell phone, to the police, military or security guards who are at the access doors. From that moment on, they will tell you how to get to the main door of the museum, where they will scan your ticket and you will have full access to the museum.
