Redemption Instructions

You must present the coupon that will be sent by WhatsApp and/or email 1 day before the activity. Likewise, the option will be given to take the coupon to your hotel, this to avoid confusion at the time of pick up Don't forget to show your ID to validate the reservation. NOTE: Only in the case of travelers who are in Cancun

Pickup Information

Not all hotels offer pick-up, it is important to verify when making the reservation, if you are in an Airbnb or others (Puerto Morelos / Playa del Carmen), a hotel or starting point will be established as a reference. Travelers must arrive 10 minutes before the assigned pick-up time, since if they are not in the hotel lobby or previously established meeting point, a NO SHOW will be made and the transportation will not be able to pick them up again.
