IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Thank you for booking with Las Vegas Paddleboard. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following important information: ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN: -Check-in 15–20 minutes before your start time -Be fully ready to go on the water at check-in -Use the restroom beforehand -Have your full group present and ready START TIMES: -All start times are exact and not flexible -Late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable -No exceptions for traffic, personal delays, or navigation issues LOCATION & DIRECTIONS: -Willow Beach has no cell service or internet -Review directions before leaving -Park near Kayak Beach -Look for Las Vegas Paddleboard staff at Kayak Beach -We are NOT located at the marina or fish hatchery TRAVEL TIME: -Approximately 1 hour from Las Vegas -Delays are common (traffic, parking, entrance lines) -Plan to leave early WAIVER REQUIRED: -All participants must sign the required waiver before to participation NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS: -Strictly prohibited on federal land -Violations = denied participation without refund HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: -Must meet all physical and weight requirements -Participants must be capable of completing the activity independently Questions?
