For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Your official tour voucher will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp one day before your scheduled tour. Please carry the voucher on your phone on the day of the tour, as it must be presented and verified by the driver at the time of pickup.

Pickup Information

Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Our team will contact you by WhatsApp or phone on the day of the tour to confirm the exact pickup time. Pickup is only available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, Jumeirah, and nearby areas). If you are staying in a remote location or outside the pickup zone, a nearby meeting point will be shared with you after booking. For any assistance, feel free to contact us directly after booking.
