For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To ensure easy communication, kindly provide your WhatsApp number. As this is a shared transfer, please note that the driver will not wait for more than 5 minutes. Exceeding this time will be considered a no-show, and the full charge will be applicable with no refunds and no rescheduling. Please note that during Islamic occasions and public holidays, entertainment activities such as belly dance performances will be restricted in accordance with local regulations. Other inclusions of the tour will remain unchanged.
