Pickup Information

Transfer is included for hotels within a radius of 5 km from the Angel of Independence. The exact pick-up time is confirmed one day before the chosen experience, as it depends on the location of the hotel and the route of the unit. Travelers are requested to be ready in the lobby or at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. After the allotted pick-up time, they have only 5 minutes of tolerance. If the hotel is outside the coverage area, a meeting point will be assigned or an additional transfer fee may apply. In case of hotel or location changes, it is necessary to notify them at least 24 hours before the experience to guarantee service. The agency will contact you by WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the pickup. Travelers booking All Inclusive packages or Flight + Transportation will be dropped off at the Angel of Independence upon return.
