Please be ready in the lobby at the confirmed pick up time with a valid form of Id or copy of your id to verify your identity. We pick up guests in Medellin metropolitan area only, for guests staying in other municipalities like Sabaneta, Envigado, Itagui, Bello etc a meeting point will be given.
