Please wait at Hotel Lobby or Meeting Point 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start. Please call hotline number at least 24 hours before to confirm your pick up point. Hotline number : +60 10 777 3860 (Daily : 7:00am - 9:00pm) Please note that the allocated time at Kepong Botanic Gardens is strictly limited to 2 hours and 30 minutes. As this is a join tour, the driver must depart according to the scheduled itinerary to ensure all guests are returned on time. Guests who do not follow the allocated time may need to arrange their own return transportation. Safety and Preparation Tips Attire: Wear comfortable walking shoes or light hiking boots, breathable long pants, and insect repellent. Hydration: Bring sufficient drinking water as humidity remains high throughout the day. Trail Notice: This is a self-guided nature experience. For your safety, please remain strictly on the designated paved roads and marked routes shown on the maps available at selected locations within the gardens. Do not enter restricted, unmarked or forested areas, or venture beyond the designated routes. Guests who leave the designated paths do so at their own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for anyone who becomes lost or encounters difficulties after leaving the designated routes.

Pickup Information

Free hotel pick up & drop off from your hotel located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (5km radius from KLCC). You can also join our tour from Kuala Lumpur meeting point namely Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTic): 109, Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside 5km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.
