Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

The pickup time is set according to your location (pickups are between 06:00 - 07:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we can not provide the service. It is necessary to have 3 people to use the golf cart or if they are 2 people and want to use only for them, they will pay an extra charge of 30 usd Please always stay in touch with your agent (phone number appears on the voucher). Also, don't forget to leave your phone number in the reservation. We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting
