Redemption Instructions

Guests must exchange their Viator voucher for an official ticket at one of the small yellow ticket booths before entering the UNESCO Ancient Town. One convenient booth is located at the intersection of Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải & Hùng Vương, right next to Wellspring Café, making it easy to find. The ticket costs 120,000 VND for adults, valid for entry to 5 out of the 22 heritage sites, and remains valid for 10 days. “Voucher exchange at the small yellow booth located at Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải & Hùng Vương intersection (next to Wellspring Café).” “Ticket price: 120,000 VND per adult; grants access to 5 heritage sites; valid for 10 days.” Special Instructions: “Meet your guide at the corner of Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải & Hùng Vương, beside Wellspring Café. The guide will hold a “Hoi An Walking Tour” sign and lead you to the yellow ticket booth to exchange your voucher. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. After exchanging tickets, we will proceed into the Ancient Town together.”

Pickup Information

Guests will meet at the corner of Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải and Hùng Vương Streets, right beside Wellspring Café. A small yellow ticket booth sits at the beginning of Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải, about 10 meters from the café entrance—clearly visible. Directions from Key Landmarks From Hoi An Bus Station or shuttle drop-off: Walk along Hùng Vương until you reach the Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải intersection—the booth will be on your right. From the Ancient Town / Japanese Covered Bridge: Head east on Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải for about 150 m to the Hùng Vương corner—you’ll see the ticket booth on your left. If coming from Ngọc Hà Gate, walk about 100 m in the opposite direction. Additional Guest Instructions “Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait at the Nguyễn Thị Minh Khải & Hùng Vương corner near Wellspring Café. Your guide will be holding a ‘Hoi An Walking Tour’ sign and will lead the group to the nearby yellow ticket booth to exchange vouchers. After collecting your tickets, we will all walk into the Ancient Town together.”
