Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Children must be accompanied by an adult • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required • A maximum of 4 people per booking • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for pregnant women • Minimum age is 4 years • Not wheelchair accessible • All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking

Pickup Information

Important: The driver will pick you up from any place within the Paraty center. Please check your location before booking. If you are outside the center, we can still do the pickup, but you need to pay the extra mileage directly to the driver.
