This is NOT a private tour/activity. This tour may be canceled due to bad weather. Start times may be subject to change. When booking, please provide your WhatsApp number and we will send you a voucher, which you must present on the day of the tour. Important note for last minute bookings (same day or overnight): in case of a lack of seats, the customer will be allocated the day after the booked date. If the chosen time slot is not available, you will be transferred to another time slot on the same day. These changes are not our responsibility. Therefore, when booking, you are aware of this possible change and that is why we warn you so that you do not have any subsequent complaints or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 8:05 am time slot and the sales desk closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, at 09:10 am, 10:10 am and 11:10 am.
