Departure & Pick-up ▶ Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel Entrance: Departure at 08:40 a.m. ▶ Jeju International Airport, 3rd floor, Gate 4: Pick you up at 09:00 a.m. ▶ Jeju Lotte Duty Free Entrance: Pick you up at 09:10 a.m. The tour bus can’t stop for over a minute, so please be ready 10 minutes early. ▶ Drop-off service can be offered to the guests staying in Jeju Downtown area. ▶ You don't have to tell us in advance about the drop place you want, just tell the guide on the day of the tour. ▶ What to Bring Please wear comfortable shoes. You may bring your luggage—just inform our staff in advance. ▶Customer Service Our team will contact you via WhatsApp the day before your tour. If you don’t receive a message by 7:00 PM, please get in touch with us. When booking, please provide your WhatsApp number so we can reach you. ▶ If you arrive late and cannot board the tour bus, please call the guide or office.
