• Follow the guide's instruction. For safety measures, we may suspend the tour if there is a customer who does not follow the directions or is disturbing other customers.  • Depending on the program, this may not be safe for customers who are pregnant or have been drinking.  • Clothes suitable for outdoor activities. Long sleeves / long pants/winter jacket. • Not wheelchair accessible Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
