Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at your pickup location, your driver or guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name or the name of the tour/company. Please have your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone) ready to show. If you are meeting at your hotel, check with the front desk for the driver’s arrival. If meeting at the airport, look for our representative in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Once you meet your guide or driver, they will assist with boarding the cruise and handling any luggage. Tickets for the cruise and included excursions are provided directly by your guide on board, so you do not need to pick up additional tickets at the attractions. For optional activities not included in the itinerary (like hot air balloon rides or sound and light shows), tickets can be purchased on-site if you choose to participate. Your guide will provide instructions for these separately. Please be ready at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth start to your journey. Keep your booking confirmation accessible throughout the trip in case the guide or cruise staff need to verify your reservation.
