If your accommodation is outside this area, you may need to arrange your own transport to our tour office in El Nido. Need assistance? We’re happy to help with pickup arrangements for an additional surcharge. 2️⃣ Traveler Details Required – To ensure a seamless check-in, please provide the first and last names, ages, and nationalities of all travelers at least 48 hours before the tour. This helps us avoid last-minute delays and ensures everything runs smoothly. 3️⃣ Booking Voucher – Your voucher will be sent to you well in advance. Please have it ready to present during pickup or upon arrival at our tour office for verification. 4️⃣ Pickup Timing (Downtown El Nido Guests Only): Private Tour: 8:00 – 8:30 AM Shared Tour: 8:15 – 8:45 AM 5️⃣ Delays? Guaranteed Pickup in Downtown El Nido – If you're staying at a hotel within Downtown El Nido, rest assured that your complimentary pickup is confirmed. If your accommodation is located outside the complimentary pickup zone, you will need to arrange your own transportation to SAVA Beach Bar in El Nido Town, which will serve as your designated meeting point for the tour. Pickup Timing (Downtown El Nido Guests within the Complimentary Pickup Zone Only): Private Tour: 8:00 – 8:30 AM Shared Tour: 8:15 – 8:45 AM Meeting Time at SAVA Beach Bar (Guests Outside the Complimentary Pickup Zone): Private Tour: As early as 8:00 AM (Guests may arrive at any time from 8:00 AM onward, based on their preference.)
