Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at lthe meeting point at least 5 to 10 minutes before your existing time. Because vatican is very strict about time. For Proceed directly to the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Upon arrival, you will find three access gates marked Passageway 1, 2, and 3. Please check your ticket carefully, as your assigned passageway number is indicated at the top. Follow the passageway shown on your ticket to begin your visit. After entering, all visitors are required to pass through a security checkpoint. You will need to go through a metal detector and place your personal belongings on the conveyor belt for inspection. Once inside, you are free to explore the magnificent Vatican Museums and the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. Photography is permitted inside the museum, but flash photography is not allowed. Please note that photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Sistine Chapel, as it is a sacred religious site. During your visit, you will also have access to the beautiful internal garden located between the museum galleries and the Sistine Chapel. Beneath this garden, you can explore the fascinating Popes’ Carriage Gallery, which is included with your ticket.
