Overview
Experience Pereira in an authentic and carefully designed cultural experience for travelers looking for something genuine. We will start with a traditional breakfast in La Exquisita, tasting the emblematic “migote” while understanding how coffee is part of daily life in the Coffee Axis. We will walk through El Lago Park to discover the origin of the city and its historical transformation. You will enjoy typical fries such as empanadas, stuffed potatoes and aborrajados, and then we will try a peasant coffee in La Finestra, understanding its cultural and economic impact. We will visit the shop of the Famous Hunt, the imposing Cathedral of wooden architecture and the iconic Bolivar Naked. We will fly over the valley on the Megacable and finish with a special coffee preparation on table in El Barista. The guide will wear poncho, hat and rail, making the experience immersive and authentic coffee maker.
Meeting and Pickup
We will meet at the bakery La Exquisita to start with a typical “migote” (bread, cheese and hot chocolate). Please arrive 10 minutes early to start on time.
End Point
The tour ends at San José Church, one of the most representative temples in Pereira, located in the city center, with easy access to public transport, taxis and nearby shopping areas.
