Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Located on the corner of NW 3rd Ave and Davis Street, across the street from Portland Chinatown Museum and around the corner from Old Town Brewing.
Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive 15-minutes prior to departure to allow time to sign waivers and get fitted to your bicycle. Participants that arrive at or after the departure time may not be allowed on tour. Thank you for respecting other participants time commitments. • FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE CONTACT VIATOR/YOUR BOOKING CHANNEL PROVIDER - CYCLE PORTLAND IS UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGE REQUESTS FOR CLIENTS THAT HAVEN'T BOOKED THROUGH www.portlandbicycletours.com directly. • The closest suitable parking is located two blocks away at the smart park building located at NW 1st and Davis ($7, our recommendation). Please feel free to bring any items into the shop that you don't want in your vehicle, we can store those securely for you during your tour for free. • Public transit is the best way to reach our shop, located just two blocks from the Old Town/China Town MAX stop. If arriving via car, plan to allow an additional 10-minutes to find parking.
