Guest who would want to share their Quad bike experience with their partner can have a shared Quad as per the given rate. Duration: 30 minutes: 30 minutes per person,if sharing option selected. Pickup included

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• It is mandatory to send us the Passport copy & International Driving license copies and the disclaimer form (signed from the client). • Once you booked the tour, please send us the following documents to bookings@odysseydmc.com with your booking reference number. • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Passport copy / International Driving License copy and Disclaimer form (will send to you for signing after the booking is confirmed. • Participants must be over the age of 21 years with minimum 2 years driving experience. • All participants will be asked to sign an Indemnity Waiver Form before undertaking the experience. • In-case of any accident,(Odyssey DMC) LLC will not be liable to the clients. • Client is fully responsible to him / herself and the Quad Bike in case of any damage caused during rental. • Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.The pick up time indicated on the web page is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • Delays in hotel pick-up may occur due to traffic conditions. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.

Pickup Information

• Your centrally located Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman hotels or Dubai Port Rashid ( cruise terminal) • For guest staying in any Private Residence or Villas in Dubai , pick up can be arranged from any nearby hotels. • Pick up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in City limit) are available only with additional cost upon request based on your location. • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - Morning - Between 06:00 am and 06:30 am approximately Afternoon - Between 15:00 pm and 15:30 pm approximately
