2. The museum is located in the old, 16th-century, town hall of Zierikzee on the Meelstraat, right in the center of the old port city. You can see in the museum that Zierikzee has been a prosperous city
3. The Sint-Lievensmonstertoren in Zierikzee was built between 1454 and 1530 as a tower of the collegiate church of St. Lieven

5. Tough city gates protect access to the port. Anyone who approached medieval Zierikzee by ship must have been impressed.
6. The Gasthuiskerk in Zierikzee was probably built in the 15th century as a chapel of the then Sint-Elizabethgasthuis.
7. There was originally a drawbridge in front of the gate. Until 1866 the gates were closed every evening. The Nobel Gate is one of the three remaining city gates of the city of Zierikzee
8. Windmill 'De Haas' on the Bolwerk is the oldest of the two windmills in Zierikzee. The mill has a simple beard that is painted dark green, white trimmed with the inscriptions 'Anno 1727' and 'Den Haas'.
9. Former house Ravenstein, converted into a church in the early XVII. Scottish church 1743-1755, restored as a Lutheran church in the last year.
