Itinerary

1. Konstituzio Plaza
This lively plaza in the heart of the old city is ringed by various restaurants and pintxos bars. It is a nice place to stop and grab a bite.
2. Buen Pastor Cathedral
Buen Pastor Cathedral is the biggest religious building in San Sebastián occupying a prominent complex in the centre of the city
3. San Bizente Martiriaren Eliza
Gothic-style church built in the 16th century, with soaring ceilings & round stained-glass windows.
4. Maria Kristina Zubia
María Cristina Bridge is a bridge over the Urumea river passing in this beautiful Basque city.
5. Zurriolako zubia
A huge bridge over the river that comes from the ocean. If you stand in the middle you can take a beautiful picture of the Ma Cristina Bridge.
6. Castillo de la Mota
Walled keep with ramparts dating to the 12th century, plus cannons, a small museum & sea views. You have to take the walk up but the views are spectacular.
7. Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro
The Basilica of Saint Mary of Coro is a baroque Roman Catholic parish church and minor basilica completed in 1774.
8. Kursaal
The Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium is a complex comprising several spaces: a great auditorium, many-use halls and exhibition halls.
9. Don Quijote y Sancho Panza
Figures of Don Quijote on horseback and Sancho Panza riding a donkey.
10. Edificio de Correos
Early 20th century structure showing influence of French architecture was designed for the School of Arts and Trades.
11. Ayuntamiento de San Sebastian
The City Council of San Sebastián is the institution that governs the Basque city of San Sebastián. Its premises are located in the former casino of the city next to the Bay of La Concha
12. Palacio Goikoa
This building previously served as the headquarters for the miltary in San Sebastian before it was taken over by the local council.
13. Monumento al Tamborrero
French troops occupying San Sebastian (Napoleonic era), wearing those uniforms now seen on this little drummer, would walk around town.
