Redemption Instructions
• Please note that you cannot receive your Eiffel Tower ticket in advance. • Please be advised: The host will not be waiting for missing customers, so as not to make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, to avoid missing your tour, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your reserved meeting time. • The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café (Do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. • This tour is not a guided visit; your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator, where you will continue your visit independently. • On rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons, of maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed. • Strollers, backpacks, and suitcases (cabin luggage size) are not allowed inside the Eiffel Tower • The Eiffel Tower doesn't have a deposit for forbidden objects, so make sure you don't bring with you any of the following: explosive or sharp items (including pocket knives and scissors), animals, big luggage, glass containers, cans, padlocks, or any other object that may be considered dangerous. • The Eiffel Tower is wheelchair accessible only up to the second floor. For disabled visitors, entry to the summit floor is not allowed.
