On the rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons, of maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed. You may experience waiting times to enter the Eiffel Tower, which can vary depending on the season and time of day; queues for lifts and mandatory security checks typically range from 30 minutes up to 1–2 hours.
