Overview
Are you planning a trip to Dalfsen, then you can have a lot of fun with this city walk. An Escape game and city walk at the same time. 3 kilometres long and over 2 hours of fun for the family or a group of friends. During this game there is plenty of time to sit on one of the terraces. A city walk has never been so much fun. The Dalfsen Delinquents seems like a nice and decent man. Those who know him better know better. He steals and cheats and the inhabitants are terrified of him. The police have not yet been able to find him, but he must be somewhere in the village. There is a trail and several witnesses who have seen him. It is up to you to find him.
Meeting and Pickup
You can go to the starting point: Station Dalfsen. Check the email you received from us with further explanation and the login information for the special app. There is no guide. The game automatically takes you to all the beautiful spots in the center of Dalfsen.

The game ends downtown.

1. Planning a city walk in the centre of Dalfsen? Then the 'escape the city' game will ensure that the city walk will be one to remember. About 1,5 - 2 hours and 2,5 km further on, you will not only have seen the most beautiful spots of the city during this city walk in Dalfsen, but you will also have done the local police a favour by finding one of the city's biggest criminals... The Dalfsen Delinquents. The trail naturally leads along the 20 most beautiful and surprising places in Dalfsen.

3. The Grote Kerk in Dalfsen is a historic Gothic-style church that dates back to the 12th century. It was built on higher ground to protect it from flooding and has been expanded over the centuries. Inside, you can find a beautifully restored 19th-century organ and a chapel linked to the Van Rechteren family.
4. The Burgemeester van Bruggenplein in Dalfsen is a central, newly revitalized square designed to be greener and more pedestrian‑friendly. In 2024, a colorful mosaic‑tiled “Social Sofa” was added near the Vechtbrug to encourage social interaction and community engagement. Today, the square serves as a vibrant public gathering space that blends thoughtful urban planning with cultural and environmental ambition.
5. The Gemeentehuis in Dalfsen is a striking modern building, constructed in 2008 on the banks of the River Vecht, serving as the administrative center for the municipality. Designed to resemble a large boulder or stranded whale, its bold, autonomous architecture features a semi-recessed parking garage and panoramic views over the landscape. It combines a welcoming public entrance with warm, spacious interiors that promote a healthy work–life balance for employees.
