Please be advised: Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking. The host will not be waiting for missing customers, so as not to make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, to avoid missing your tour, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your reserved meeting time. The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café (do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. This is not a guided tour; your host will accompany you until the second floor. On rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed. You may experience waiting times to enter the Eiffel Tower, which can vary depending on the season and time of day; queues for lifts and mandatory security checks typically range from 30 minutes up to 1–2 hours.
