Please be advised: Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking. The host will not be waiting for missing customers, so as not to make the rest of the group wait. The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, to avoid missing your tour, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before your reserved meeting time. The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café (do not enter the café). The meeting point is not the Eiffel Tower. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. This is not a guided tour; your host will accompany you until the second floor. On rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed to the public due to multiple reasons maintenance, safety reasons, or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions, and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed. "The customers exchange their vouchers at the meeting point." You may experience waiting times to enter the Eiffel Tower, which can vary depending on the season and time of day; queues for lifts and mandatory security checks typically range from 30 minutes up to 1–2 hours. This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.

There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator

This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
