When at the meeting point, the guide will be outside the souvenir shop. Do not go inside the building. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. The guide will be waiting for you there. Latecomers will not be able to join the group, no refund will be possible as per the Eiffel Tower policies. Please note that the time indicated on your voucher is for the Eiffel Tower visit and this cannot be changed. You may experience waiting times to enter the Eiffel Tower, which can vary depending on the season and time of day; queues for lifts and mandatory security checks typically range from 30 minutes up to 1–2 hours.
