The host will be departing for the tower at the time of the meeting. That is why, in order to avoid missing your tour, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before your reserved meeting time. •The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café. (do not enter the café). Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your specified time. For late arrivals, access is not guaranteed. • This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable.
