Redemption Instructions

Our tours are private for groups of 6 travelers, which means that we focus on giving families of 6 a fully-private tour with a certified tour guide. If travelers would like to have a fully-private tour, they can purchase all 6 seats in our tour guides' vehicles which will ensure a fully-private tour for only them. Otherwise, the number of passengers will be added until they fill the vehicle with a total of 6 travelers per certified guide. If the group size is larger than 6, feel free to book seperate reservations adding up to the desired amount of travelers in your group, all bookings that are together must be under the same lead traveler name. Groups larger than 6 will be led by 2 or more guides depending on group size to ensure safety!

Pickup Information

PICK UP TIME IS FROM 7:00am TO 10:00am, depending on the time agreed upon with your tour guide. Your guide will contact you directly the DAY BEFORE your tour to CONFIRM the exact pickup time and meeting location. We offer pickup from most hotels, Airbnbs, and cruise ports in the San Juan area. If you're staying outside central San Juan or arriving by cruise ship, please provide details during booking so we can coordinate accordingly. Before the tour begins, be sure to pack a towel and shoes to walk or get dirty. You will enjoy a panoramic view during a one-hour drive from San Juan to Ceiba, PR with a certified tour guide. Once you arrive, there will be restrooms and changing rooms before heading to the trails, but it is best to bring a small bag with a change of clothes, towel and other footwear for after the hiking experience!
